- 設定は /etc/chrony.conf 
-- サーバになるには allow の指定が必要
- ntp を使用してもよい．
-- ntp を使用する場合は chrony は無効化する．無効化しないと ntpd は起動しない

 yum install chrony
 systemctl enable chronyd.service
 systemctl start chronyd.service

- 時間が9時間進む場合
-- RTC(ハードウェアクロック)が UTC になっている可能性がある
