- When [[sl_relay>sl_relay (E)]] is started with the ''-xp'' option the external WEB Proxy is specified in the form of ''FQDN:port'' or ''IP:port''. 
- In the event a WEB Proxy is specified in the configuration file and with the ''-xp'' option, the value in the configuration file takes precedence. 
- If an effective WEB Proxy Server is not specified access using an external WEB proxy becomes invalid.
